When I say I am your photographer turned friend, this is what I mean. Briana and John were my first of the Covid Weddings, and we immediately hit it off! They were spectacular to work with. They are so kind hearted, welcoming, and supportive. Individually as well as a couple! Fast forward to when they asked me to photograph them and their newest addition, I was over the moon. I knew this was going to be a special session. Brianna and John wanted to go to Bowers Beach in Delaware for their newborn family portraits.
Let’s talk a little more about Bowers Beach here in Delaware! Bowers Beach is a sweet quaint town, full of fun possibilities. It’s a short trip from Dover and has so many fun outdoor activities to last you the entire day. So you can take some sunrise beach portraits and enjoy the small town for the rest of the day!
I won’t lie to you! This newborn family portraits session wasn’t free of complications!
Want to take a guess at what our complication was? It was flies! We were attacked by flies the ENTIRE time. But that of course didn’t interfere with these lovely portraits. Baby Luca was a lovely little client. A perfectly behaved little gentlemen who was all smiles for his mom and dad.
You can feel the love through these images. Their golden love filled aura captured in real time. It was a beautiful moment.

If you are in the Dover Delaware area I highly recommend you check them out! She made my scrumptious birthday cake this year. I haven’t stopped craving it since! I was so glad to be there to photograph the newest member of this sweet family.
